VOW Method

Anna Edwards is a Mississippi native who has relocated to Texas to continue her career in the Dallas dance community as a professional dancer. She has been dancing since the age of 7, receiving her primary ballet training from Jan Dijkwel of Het Nationale Ballet, as well as receiving training from Nashville Ballet, Next Generation Ballet, and Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet. In spring of 2017, Anna became certified in VOW fitness, which combines ballet barre technique, stretching and lengthening exercises, and cardio to create a fitness class that is accommodating and beneficial to non-dancers and dancers alike. Anna is passionate about combining her knowledge of ballet technique and her experience as a fitness instructor to not only give non-dancers the experience of learning the fundamental concepts of ballet, but also to provide an excellent source of cross-training for dancers looking to strengthen their technique.
